Breaking News - this comes from the top. All Bengal gate racers are expected to wear a Bengal blue collared shirt and slacks on race day effective Jan. 8, ties are optional (Centennial 2nd place wears em). This dress code is non-negotiable and all who do not comply (Knievel) will probably end up doing hill hikes or whatever the Coaching Staff sees fit. Wear your Bengal colors loud and wear them proud.
T-minus 2 days til race day at The Wild. Shorter but steeper and much faster. Get a good practice in and lets see what you Bengals got come race day. Wild Mountain's website has 50% off lift ticket if you print this coupon for tues only. Lets Go Bengals Lets Go Bengals.

love this approach.... Not only does a solid dress code make you appear respected and focused, it demands that you are thinking of your performance hours before that gate drops. Mental preparation...key to success. You are already one step ahead of your opponent when you are preparing mentally while you are getting dressed for the event. Put yourself through that course in your mind as often as you can. Create obstacles and obstructions in your mind and decide how you will react to them on the hill, so that when you find yourself in the situation, you will be ready as you have already thought about what you need to do.
Godspeed...
